Facilities

All our storage facilities have extremely high levels of security, with comprehensive intruder alarm systems monitored 24 hours a day.

We have fire detection systems which are also monitored 24 hours a day.  Our fire detection systems are linked to both the Fire Service and full sprinkler systems.

Climate Control

Our storage facilities are heated by temperature controlled gas central heating systems to ensure documents are kept in pristine condition.

Data Protection

Management Archives operates a full disaster recovery programme.  Our databases are backed-up nightly with the back-up tapes stored off-site for further protection, while our main computer systems are fitted with uninterruptable power supplies.

Confidentiality

We are only too aware that the documents we hold on behalf of our customers are very confidential.  For this reason all our staff sign a confidentiality agreement when they start their employment with us.  We are happy to enter into a confidentiality agreement with our customers as and when required.
